Born in Orlando, Peter Foster entered the South Florida Real Estate world in 2006 as the acquisition manager of a real estate fund.

Acquiring his Florida real estate sales license and contractor license in 2010, he set out on his own as a private equity real estate investor, sourcing wholesale contracts and renovations for resale, rental property, and high-end vacation rental property.


Over the years, his portfolio expanded to a branded vacation rental business, Tropical Garden Bungalows, which also offers private boat charters, and car rentals. Peter also maintains an international footprint, with numerous offshore properties in the Caribbean Sea.

Today, Peter offers end-to-end partnerships and consultations to individual real estate investors, private equity funds, and family. His deep and varied experience across multiple real estate disciplines qualifies him to consult on:
